PROCESSING

The machining method is always the same, but it is normal that there may be small differences between each piece!
The color may differ slightly from the photos, as it is dosed manually for each piece.

PRODUCT CARE

CiaoBellina products can be washed by hand, using a non-aggressive detergent.
Once washed, let it dry without overlapping the pieces.
Not suitable for dishwashers.
Not suitable for direct contact with food, it is recommended to use tissues for food, cups, etc.

Lo staff di Ciao Bellina si è preso cura del mio ordine in ogni dettaglio. Ho fatto più di un ordine per la mia attività, anche con grossi quantitativi di pezzi. C’è stata una comunicazione continua per esaudire tutte le mie richieste! I prodotti sono resistenti e corrispondono alle foto. E’ disponibile il servizio di tracciamento del pacco per essere presenti al momento della consegna. Corretto imballaggio dei pezzi e precise istruzioni per il cliente in caso di danno causato dalla spedizione con corriere. Un must per articoli di artigianato di questa categoria. Molto soddisfatta.

I purchased sixteen items from this shop, and each one of them had terrible quality issues. They were all unstable, made from some sort of plastic material, not terrazzo, smelled strongly or thinner, and we’re not perfectly circular. I inquired with them and even though they fully acknowledged the issue, they did not take any responsibility and left us stuck with their poorly crafted item, and refused to accept a return and refund us because “it’s their policy”. Terrible quality, dishonest, and bad communication. I’ve reported them and feel quite sad that I believed everything they promised me, while they were deceiving me. I do not recommend buying from their store. Not sure if they photoshop their photos or use someone else’s photos but what you see is NOT what you get.
